This isn’t about the usual resolutions that fade away, it’s about tapping into what you truly want to cultivate in the coming year. In this live online gathering, we will explore what it is to connect to our “Grown Up” or aligned self and how this differs from new year’s resolution based on dreams and ungrounded hopes.

Join me and others in a welcoming, supportive space as we dive into 2025 with clarity, maturity, purpose, and a renewed sense of connection.

WHAT DOES THE MATURE ME WANT IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW

AND HOW AM I SABOTAGING THIS?

We all have a mature self, a “Grown Up”, higher self, or moments of feeling centered. This is when we get clarity, take the right decisions, and can see the bigger picture where we can hold the complexity or reality in its beauty and pain.

What often makes it difficult to stay here are our unmet childhood needs. They make us prioritize completely differenty. We might have an inner child that needs to hide and feel small, or to focus everything on not being abandoned. The paradox is that the more we try and push these needs aside, the more they unconsciously control us.

This is a short but deep workshop where you will receive tools and perspectives that have been life-changing for me in my own process to live a life I feel proud of. Maybe this will be the first time you set a New Year’s Intention which is truly aligning your body, mind and spirit.

WHAT DO I NEED TO THINK ABOUT?

• Show Up!

• You are welcome just as you are, from the train or your bed, but the more you can give the session a safe space and your full attention the deeper it goes.

• You don't need to have figured things out before you come, you will be guided through the whole process!
