The Grow Up Experience
Recognize the part that believes it isn’t good enough, and discover how to return to your adult consciousness.
Sound familiar?
You are not the one who isn’t good enough.
I meet so many people in personal development who genuinely want to grow, yet quietly carry the weight of feeling like they’re still not enough.
Growth is a lifelong journey, and that’s a beautiful thing. The journey isn’t the problem. The problem is believing you constantly have to fix yourself.
There is another way.
“I should be further by now.”
Even after years of inner work, that quiet voice still whispers.
“Why can’t I just let this pattern go?”
You understand it. It still runs the show when things get close.
“I thought I had already healed this…”
And then a relationship gets difficult, and an old part takes the wheel.
Emotional maturity
It was never about becoming “good enough.”
Trying so hard to finally feel “good enough”? Whether you’re striving to be a better partner, parent, or professional, there’s a common misconception about inner growth.
The part of you working so hard to earn that feeling is actually an old survival strategy from your past. Healing isn’t about erasing this part of you. It’s about learning to be with it, without letting it take the wheel.
It has to be the grown-up who does the work.
Otherwise, the cycle never really ends.

What this looks like in a real moment
When inner work becomes another place to try harder
Many of us have already worked with not feeling good enough.
Maybe it doesn’t affect you in the way it once did. You understand where it comes from, you can feel it in your body, you have tools to meet it.
And still, it can be hidden in so many places.
In overworking, in judging yourself when you repeat an old pattern, or in something as simple as skipping your yoga in the morning or waking up late. It shows up in feeling like you should be further by now, or questioning yourself when your clients are not improving. As a parent or partner, it can be that voice that always believes you could be doing a little better.
Even a mature emotional or spiritual path can become endless work on ourselves. Finding the right diet, workout, practice, therapy, lifestyle. Always something more to understand, heal or improve.
And at some point, understanding the pattern is not enough anymore.
We don’t want to keep being hijacked by the same parts, even if we understand them perfectly.
We want to live more as the grown-up we already know we can be.
The self-judging part will never disappear, but there is a huge relief in not only knowing that I’m not them, but also experiencing that I’m not them. I have a center I can lean back into, a place where I’m always where I should be.
This is the Grow Up Experience.

Why this matters
The 3-Day Experience
Over these three days, we’re going to explore one specific realization that has become central to my own work:
“The voice that has been trying to improve me for years is not me.”
We’re going to work specifically with this part and explore what happens when we shift our center and find a place within where we can continue doing inner work for a lifetime, while relaxing into trust at the same time.
Group work is powerful. If you can join live, do it. You will feel the difference. We cannot only meditate ourselves out of our limitations. It’s also about being seen and understanding that we are not alone in our struggles.
But for those who cannot join live, don’t worry. Recordings will be sent to you. You can also show up on day 2 or 3 even if you missed day one.
We are ready to receive you.
We will meet live on Zoom
