Grow Up! Separating Childhood Needs From Sexual Desires
Welcome to a short but profound journey, connecting with our true needs, and see what deep longings lie behind our sexual desires.
Without awareness, an over-coupling of people can lead to dysfunctional sex lives. On the 'negative' side this can look like lack of desire, erectile dysfunction or vaginal pains, to the other side of the spectrum - hyper sexuality, or sex/porn addiction.
On the 'positive' side - as we learn to be conscious about what we actually need and have our needs met in the right way, our relationships can bring us healing and offer a thriving, intimate life.
This workshop will offer participants the chance to take a look at, and identify, where our childhood needs may be causing any obstacles in our intimate relationships.

Kitchen Party - A Love Making Ritual for Womxn
This is a special evening only for womxn who have previously attended Li Tadaa's programs in Stockholm or specially invited guests.
In many African tribes across the continent, especially in Eastern and Southern Africa, around the age of 15, there is a rite of passage held where girls step into womanhood. Later when they are about to get married to go through a secret love-making ritual in Tanzania commonly called Kitchen Party and in Mozambique Kolaya.
The women are here taught traditional dances where they learn how to appreciate their own bodies, move their waist in a pleasurable way, and even how to make love.
This knowledge has been passed on through generations and gives girls and women an opportunity to be confident and know what they want and do not want when it comes to sexuality.
This evening is hosted by Li together with Faith Malkia from Kenya.
